VINYL USAGE
|

ALL VINYL SIGNS ARE MADE TO BE INSTALLED IN THE VERTICAL POSITION. HORIZONTIAL MOUNTING WILL REDUCE THE DECAL LIFE TO 1 TO 2 YEARS.
INSTALLATION MUST BE ACCORDING TO INSTALLATION SHEET ONLY.
Average life of a vertical vinyl sign will be between 3 to 5 years. I have personally had decals last more then 7 years and still look good.

MANUFACTURE OF DECALS

Most orders will be processed when I receive payment in full and it clears. Production time is usually 2 days because each of these decals is a custom cut decal.

INSTALLATION SHEETS
|

A full instruction sheet is shipped with all decal orders.
Follow these instructions very closely as the warranty will be voided if a failure was caused by faulty installation.
Installation is very easy and these decals are very long lasting... most of the time 5 years or longer.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
|

Shipping/Handling Policy:
Standard Damage and Carrier Terms apply to damaged goods.
Notify carrier immediately of damage.
Decals will be combined for shipping and handling purposes.
I do not charge handling fees so I can save you money and give you a fair price.
Smaller decals can be sent out first class mail to save even more money, if you wish.
Larger Decals require different shipping containers to secure your decals and prevent them from damage. The shipping cost for these orders will be the actual charge the carrier charges me to deliver your container to your door.
No added charges or inflated prices are added, unlike some of our competition.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:
Contact Decal Sports for return authorization code.
No items will be accepted without a return code issued by Decal Sports.
Customer mistake... customer pays shipping for return
Our mistake... we pay shipping for the return
Both at fault... customer 50%, we pay 50%.

Privacy Policy:
We at Decal Sports do not sell nor give any of our customer information to any one. We will at selected times notify our customers of special sales and clearence items. If you do not wish to be included in these emailings, pleae send us an email telling us to remove your email address from our listings.

WARRANTY

I fully waranty all decals sold as long as they have been properly applied and used for the proper usage they were intended.
I will replace the decal if the material is faulty or a mistake in manufacture.
If there was an issue with installation, the original decal must be returned to me, in pieces if neccessary, to get credit for another same decal.
All determinations will be fair and decided quickly. You will be notified of the direction I will take and when to expect your replacement items.
Repeated situations of "bad" decals will not be tolerated and will institute an end to this WARRANTY offering for this specific customer... simply put, don't screw with me and I will be fair with you.
